Spiritual direction is guidance to help you grow in your spirituality. There isn’t a structured session like therapy; I can speak with you once or twice. I consider myself a tow-truck driver; I can help you get out of the ditch and on your way. My focus is to nurture your spiritual life. You can expect a judgment-free zone. We can discuss a wide range of matters. Here are some reasons people seek my spiritual direction, but this is just a short list.
